Wedding Videography and Film Examples
Watch some of my Wedding Videography Examples in Northern Ireland and ROI, and you can check out my YouTube channel for more films and BTS.
Some of these short highlight films are cinematic, as the longer videos are more traditional. I find 8 to 13-minute highlights are the best length. Highlights are edited to music, showing the most emotional and visually appealing parts of the day, which might include drone footage, bridal preparation, and dancing. I often also include personal vows and speeches for that emotional touch.
You of course get all your longer footage filmed with both my camera, which I operate, and also all footage filmed from my camera on the tripod, filming wide. A quick introduction from the videographer.
Castle Leslie
Filmed in Monaghan for this Chinese and Irish couple at Castle Leslie Estate, which is a breathtaking estate, from bridal and groom preparations to the first dance in the marquee, this is a great example of a wedding video highlight, which features a first look!
Glenavon House Hotel
Filmed in Glenavon House Hotel, Cookstown, at Christmas time on New Year's Eve with this Irish and Australian couple who specially flew over for their big day.
Sligo Park Hotel
Filmed for an Irish bride and European groom in the Sligo Park Hotel. This was more of a get-together and an Irish priest’s blessing than a wedding, as they had tied the knot previously in the UK mainland.
Lusty Beg Island Beg
Something unique is a wedding video on Lusty Beg Island with bridal preparations about an hour away in Enniskillen. The couple are living in the United Kingdom and wanted their wedding day in Northern Ireland with family and friends. Good to hear.
Ballydugan Mill
Filmed in Ballydugan Mill, the wedding video in Downpatrick features Westlife heartthrob Nicky Byrne making a pre-recorded speech, which was played during the couple’s speeches. I love older couples’ weddings.
Belmont Hotel
The Belmont Hotel wedding video in Banbridge and Lurgan had a Scottish theme and was a hybrid day, meaning I was taking photos and videos throughout the day. Quite a unique idea that needs careful planning if you're interested.
